OSU-Oklahoma City has an “open-door policy” that provides easy access to educational
opportunity. This means that while students are required to take the ACT and/or
COMPASS test, there is no minimum score required for admission. Admission requirements
to OSU-Oklahoma City are established by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
