"OSU-OKC
campus leaders toured Texas State Technical College in Sweetwater, TX. TSTC has
over 3000 wind turbines within a 50 mile radius of campus and has a working model
of a turbine for student studies. OSU-OKC is working on a partnership with TSTC
to add a hands-on program of study."
