All classes are FREE to students, faculty, staff and Wellness Center members!

 

Abs/Glutes & Flexibility (for women)

Tuesday/Thursday, Noon-12:45 p.m.

This innovative class is designed to help strengthen, tone and sculpt the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks.


Boot Camp

Monday-Thursday, 7-7:45 a.m.

Interested in a hard core workout before you start your day? Join us for our Wellness Center Boot Camp.


Cardio Cross-Training/Toning

Tuesday/Thursday, 5:05-5:55 p.m.

This class introduces its participants to both strength and cardiovascular workouts. Students will learn basic exercises and get a great abdominal workout. It is the ultimate group workout for toning, muscle mass strengthening and total body conditioning.


Cardio Kickboxing

Monday-Thursday, 6-6:55 p.m.

This class teaches boxing and kicking moves, with a cardiovascular and self-defense undertone. You will leave this class feeling like you've had a great workout.


Chair Massage

Thursday, Noon-2 p.m.

Enjoy a weekly chair massage in the Wellness Center for up to 15 minutes per person.


Indoor Cycling

Monday/Wednesday, 5:05-5:50 p.m.

This brings bike riding indoors and is designed for individuals of any age and fitness level. Its primary mission is to introduce cardiovascular exercise through biking as a fun, safe and effective activity for maintaining body weight and keeping the heart and body healthy.


Just Abs

Monday/Wednesday, 12:05-12:45 p.m.

All members are invited to join this quick workout to tone and strengthen your core muscles.


Power Yoga

Tuesday/Thursday, 6-6:55 p.m.

This class is designed to tone and strengthen your core muscles. It will help improve your flexibility, balance, and posture.


Yoga

Tuesday, Noon-12:55 p.m.

Feel better, look better and perform better. Learn to relax and invigorate your body, gain elasticity, strength, flexibility, firmness and confidence while building self-reliance and inner peace.


Zumba

Monday/Wednesday, 5–5:55 p.m. | Tuesday/Thursday, 4-4:55 p.m. | Friday, Noon–1 p.m.

Zumba is a one of a kind fitness program that combines Latin & International music and dance that creates a dynamic and exiting workout.
