Abs/Glutes & Flexibility (for women)Tuesday/Thursday, Noon-12:55 p.m.
This innovative class is designed to help strengthen, tone and sculpt the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks.
Cardio JamMonday/Wednesday, 5:05-5:50 p.m.
This is a cycling and cardio workout class designed for any age or fitness level. The main goal is to introduce cardiovascular exercises for maintaining body weight and keeping the heart healthy.
Cross Training (HIIT)Tuesday/Thursday, 5:05-5:55 p.m.
Participants will be introduced to both strengthening and cardiovascular workouts. Join this High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) group workout in basic functional exercises.
Dance FitnessMonday/Wednesday, 5–5:55 p.m.
This class uses dance moves as a form of exercise to improve your health and tone your body. It includes hip hop, Zumba and other dance styles.
Hatha YogaMonday/Wednesday, 6-7 p.m. | Tuesday/Thursday, Noon-1 p.m.
Breathe, stretch, gain balance, flexibility and strength. Learn to relax and release stress while quieting your mind. Feel better. Join us!
Just Cross Training (Tabata)Monday/Wednesday, 12:05-12:55 p.m.
All members are invited to join this workout to tone and strengthen the muscles in the body. Tabata workout consists of four to eight rounds of intense exercises in a specific 20-second on, 10-second off intervals.
Kickin’ FitnessMonday-Thursday, 6-6:55 p.m.
This class teaches kicking moves with cardiovascular and total body toning. You will leave this class knowing you have had a great workout.
Orange Power YogaTuesday/Thursday, 6-6:55 p.m.
This class will help improve your flexibility, balance and posture, while toning and strengthening muscles.
