Billing information for Ch. 31 (VAVR) and Ch. 33 (Post-9/11 GI Bill) students:
OSU-OKC sends billing statements on a monthly basis. If you receive Ch. 31 or Ch. 33 benefits PAID DIRECTLY BY THE VA to OSU-OKC, you can disregard these billing statements for the current semester as long as you have completed your certification paperwork with Loretta. Until OSU-OKC receives the payment from the VA you will continue to receive the billing statement -- but you do NOT need to take any action. The VA has a delay in processing your payment and this can take several weeks from the time your certification was submitted to reach OSU-OKC.
