seniors enroll in six credit hours of college courses at OSU-Oklahoma City during
the summer semester. This is referred to as “bridging.” Upward Bound
helps bridge students with enrollment, financial aid, study skills, tutoring, academic
advisement and time management. During the bridge period, Upward Bound provides
each student with:
- Tuition
- Books and instructional supplies
- Weekly stipends
- Meals while on campus
- Special multi-night trip
