Defensive Driving program for Teens and Young Adults

Presented by OSU-OKC’s Precision Driving Training Center


The OSU-OKC Precision Driving Training Center recognizes the significant need for defensive driving skills for teen drivers in our community.


Each driver will be taught the following modules:



  • Unsafe Driving Behaviors
  • Safety Restraints
  • Personal Responsibility


  • Shuffle Steering
  • Backing & Cornering
  • Off-road Recovery
  • Collision Avoidance
  • Skid Avoidance & Recovery

Course Information:

  • Call for available dates
  • 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Limited to 12 students
  • Cost is $150 personal vehicle; $200 OSU vehicle
  • Insurance Reduction Certificate awarded upon completion

Participants must be between the ages of 15-1/2 & 21, have a learner’s permit and 30 hours of basic driving experience.
