The following rates may be charged to external groups at our discretion and are shown as costs associated with sponsoring events on our campus. MIS Technician Fee - $25 per hour plus the following text: “Special software may be installed on the Oklahoma State University - Oklahoma City (OSU-OKC) system at the user’s request. Additional fees may be assessed based upon the complexity of the software installation and technician support. Prior to loading software, OSU-OKC requires a written statement from the licensee of the software verifying knowledge of OSU-OKC usage (to avoid violation of copyright laws). All software must be approved and installed by OSU-OKC authorized personnel. Administrative/Set-up Fee - $20 per hour Note: This fee covers the costs associated with accommodating an event on our campus to include housekeeping services, security services and Student Center and Campus Events personnel services. Excessive Cleaning/Re-set Fee - $100 per room Additional Security - $20 per hour per guard Media Services Technician Fee - $15 per hour plus the following text: “Additional fees may be assessed based upon the complexity of media equipment set-up and technician support.” Downlink Satellite Fee - $25 per hour Video Projector Rental Fee - $50 per day Computer Compatible Projector Rental Fee - $100 per day
