REACH4Work - Job Search/Job Readiness Training
REACH4Work is a Job Readiness Training program designed to help students gain employability and life skills. The primary goal is to prepare participants to enter the workforce and ensure that their performance on the job meets or exceeds employer expectations. The main objective is to provide outcomes that lead to retained employment, self-sufficiency and confidence. Students are required to be in attendance 35 hours per week for 4 weeks. Orientation and intake begin Mondays starting at 8:30. Attendance is extremely important the first three days for successful program outcome. Proper referral paperwork is required upon entering.
