Biography

Garrett Jones is an Assistant Professor of Sociology and the Lead Instructor in Sociology at Oklahoma State University/Oklahoma City. Mr. Jones received his B.A. degree from the University of Arkansas located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He completed his Masters degree at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. For thirty years Mr. Jones worked in the field of Mental Health as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed and Marital Family Therapist. Mr. Jones has been teaching full-time for the past five years. He has taught at St.Gregory’s University in Shawnee, Oklahoma and at OSU/OKC. He is currently in his fourth year as a full time faculty member at OSU/OKC. Mr. Jones currently teaches classes in Introductory Sociology and Marriage and Family.
