First-Time College Students

• Complete Application for Admission
• Submit your eight-semester, official high school transcript
• Submit your ACT scores
• Submit proof of immunizations (or see admissions office for waiver).
• Complete the assessment testing: computer-generated assessment administered through the Assessment Center at OSU-Oklahoma City
• Get semester class schedule and enroll in classes

Transfer Students

• Complete Application for Admission.
• Submit official transcripts from all colleges attended.
• Submit proof of immunizations (or see Admissions Office for waiver).
• Get semester class schedule and enroll in classes

Adult Admission

Concurrent Enrollment
