Thank you for choosing OSU-Oklahoma City! We know financial aid is an important part of the enrollment process. Here are some steps you can take to check on the status of your financial aid application.
STEP ONE
If you have financial aid pending, the first step is to check if additional documents are required. This can be done by following these instructions:
- Go to www.osuokc.edu/sis .
- Click on Enter Student Services.
- Login using one of the following two options:
- Student ID and PIN, or
- O-Key username and password
- Once logged in, click on Financial Aid
- Then click on Student Requirements option.
- View required forms to see if any are missing. Submit all required forms as soon as possible as financial aid cannot be determined unless all documents are received and you are enrolled in classes for the current semester.

STEP TWO
If you have no missing documents and your aid has not been awarded, you may check the status of your application by stopping by the Financial Aid office on the first floor of the OSU-OKC Student Center. Visiting the Financial Aid office is the fastest and most efficient way of getting your questions answered. If you cannot make it to campus, you may contact the office by phone at (405) 945-8681 or email at finaid@osuokc.edu.
STEP THREE
If your aid has been awarded, you may check the amount of your award by following these instructions:
- Go to www.osuokc.edu/sis .
- Click on Enter Student Services.
- Login using one of the following two options:
- Student ID and PIN, or
- O-Key username and password
- Once logged in, click on Financial Aid.
- Then click on Award Information by Year and review your award amounts.

Three ways to reset your PIN:
- Fax your request to (405)945-3277, Attn: PIN Number Reset
- Email records@osuokc.edu, Subject: PIN Number Reset
- Submit request at the Admissions Office, Student Center, first floor
