Grant and Contract Administration Procedures

Grant and contract proposals for presentation to the Vice President’s Council will include all of the following documents: (Attach in the following order)

  1. Proposal Review Sheet

  2. Abstract -- See Abstract Requirements

  3. Preliminary Budget

Completed documents are to be sent to the Office of Finance and Operations for review prior to submission to the Vice President’s Council. Once the Vice President’s Council has evaluated the documents you will be notified promptly of its approval, disapproval, or recommendations for change.

Allow sufficient time for review prior to any deadlines.

Blank forms and sample documents are attached.

Note: All Federal and State Grants are to be routed through the Office of Finance and Operations. All other grants are sent through the Office of Institutional Advancement prior to routing to the Office of Finance and Operations.
