Biography

Originally from Albuquerque NM, Dr Tim Faltyn began his professional career in the Oklahoma Executive branch before graduating with honors as a Doctor of Education from Oklahoma State University. A teacher by trade, he holds four graduate and undergraduate degrees in Public Service and Education. He currently fulfills a duel role as an Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs and Division Head of Arts and Sciences at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. Referring to his teaching schedule as the best part of his day, Dr Faltyn has won numerous national and international awards for excellence in Education. After more than a decade at OSU-Oklahoma City, he’s learned that student engagement, instructional technology and educational leadership are his professional passions. Listing a balanced life as his number one priority, Dr Faltyn makes his home on a cattle ranch west of Oklahoma City where he pursues his personal passion for the outdoors, and travel.
