To complete the required documentation for your practicum placement, you are required to write a three to four page summary of your practicum placement experience. Papers should be:

· double spaced

· 12-point font and

· 1 inch margins

Topics to be covered in this paper include:

· Your readiness for this placement, both personally and academically

· What you learned from your placement

· What you found to be your greatest strengths and your greatest challenges related to the substance abuse counseling field

· Your overall evaluation of the site and the services they provide to consumers

· Any other information you think is applicable.
