If assistance is required for either routine maintenance or construction requests please see below for instructions on how to file your work order/request.
OFFICE HOURS
Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY:
For Maintenance Emergencies occurring during office hours (toilet/sink overflowing or flooding) please call (405) 945-8645 (office) or (405) 306-1979 (cell).
For Maintenance Emergencies occurring after hours please contact Security by dialing (405) 945-9111.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS:
All routine maintenance requests for carpentry, sticking doors, plumbing, heat, air conditioning, electrical problems or light repair or replacement of light bulbs are to be submitted through the work order request system. The appropriate personnel or vendor will be dispatched to assess and correct the problem as soon as possible.
CONSTRUCTION REQUESTS:
Construction Requests for cabinets, shelves, walls, and such are to be submitted to the departments VP and if approved then forwarded via E-Mail to the VP of Finance & Operations, Ronda Reece (reecer@osuokc.edu) and cc’d to Wade Reed (redwm@osuokc.edu).
