is to provide the university with quality facilities and services, effective and
responsive maintenance, and reliable utilities. If assistance is required for either
routine maintenance or construction requests please see below for instructions on
how to file your work order/request.
OFFICE HOURS
Monday – Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm
IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY:
For Maintenance Emergencies occurring during office hours (toilet/sink overflowing
or flooding) please call (405) 945-8645 or (405) 306-1979.
For Maintenance Emergencies occurring after hours please contact Security by dialing
(405) 945-9111 or call the Building Maintenance & Construction Maintenance Director,
Wade Reed at (405) 945-8645 and leave a voice message.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS:
All routine maintenance requests for carpentry, sticking doors, plumbing, heat,
air conditioning, electrical needs or replacement of lights/bulbs are to be submitted
through the work order request system. The appropriate personnel or vendor will
be dispatched to assess and correct the problem as soon as possible.
CONSTRUCTION REQUESTS:
Construction Requests for cabinets, shelves, walls, and such are to be submitted
to the departments VP and if approved then forwarded via E-Mail to the VP of Finance
& Operations, Jerry Brooks (jerryab@osuokc.edu)
and cc’d to Wade Reed (redwm@osuokc.edu).
