Horticulture Technologies
The Horticulture Technologies Department offers an Associate of Science in Horticulture
degree, an Associate in Applied Science degree in Horticulture and an Associate
in Applied Science in Turfgrass Management. Certificate programs in Horticulture
and Retail Floristry are also offered.
Students have the opportunity to select their area of study from the following:
turfgrass management, horticultural therapy, greenhouse operations, nursery management,
landscape design, retail floristry, landscape maintenance or contracting and others.
Demand for students educated and trained in horticulture is very strong in local
and regional markets.
